More Mint!

Another cooling summer treat, Mint-Green Tea made in the Sun!

Its really simple, use any size glass container, fill it with fresh mint and green tea. Let it sit directly in the sun and it will be ready in as little as 10 minutes. For stronger flavor, brew longer. Place in your fridge, and enjoy throughout the day.

As we are all aware of the powerful nutritional goodness inherent in mint and green tea, why not add it into your routine today! See the links below for more info.

Enjoy!

  1. Great tip! We have mint growing in our backyard. Perhaps I'll brew some up (sans green tea) with my kids. Love the sitting in the sun part!

  2. Wonderful Rita, I know you will all enjoy it! You can also add oranges, grapefruits, things like that. A Sun filled, fruit tea creation ~ and a work of art as well!
